Official Rules and Regulations
All ducks will be numbered on the bottom to correspond with the ticket numbers. The first duck to cross the finish line will be the grand prize winner; the second duck to cross the finish line will win the second prize etc. There will be no substitute prize for any prize winner unwilling or unable to use any prize given in association with this race. All federal, state and local taxes on cash prizes will be the responsibility of the prize winner. The judgment of Family Centered Services officials regarding the winning ducks is final.
No rain date will be scheduled. If weather prohibits a duck race on the river, winners will be randomly drawn. You need not be present to win. Must be 18 to enter and win.
